Privacy in the current beta
Last updated: 8 September 2026.
Manual audits and examples
The current beta lets you explore fictional examples or enter your own recurring bills. Manual bill entries and usage answers are processed in your browser tab. They are not submitted to BillHaggle’s servers or to an AI provider. Export your report if you want to keep it; refreshing or closing the tab clears the report.
Email and provider access
Automatic Gmail scanning, provider browser access and paid negotiations are not enabled in the current public demonstration. The connection button explains this before you can start. Before these features launch, this notice will identify the operator, processors, data uses, retention periods and ways to exercise your rights.
Website requests
The hosting provider processes ordinary web requests to deliver and secure the site. Avoid placing personal or financial details in URLs. No session replay or behavioural analytics is installed in this version. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the normal network request information; a later version should serve fonts locally.
Your control
You can edit usage answers, export a plain-text report, start another audit, or close the tab. The current version does not create a customer account or save payment details.
Project
BillHaggle is a Hammant Labs project under development. See Hammant Labs for the project owner’s site.
